Late Dr. Altamash Kamal

Dr. Altamsh Kamal, the name Bohra Developers will always remember, was one of our mentors. The team had the honor of learning from his everlasting experiences. He was our hero, the nation’s pride—the man who envisioned developing Pakistan’s first nuclear bomb brought satellites to the country, founded Pakistan’s first e-commerce site, “desistore,” and launched the first online newspaper, “dawn.com.”

He was a nuclear physicist, a PhD from MIT, and an entrepreneur whose commitment to growth and revolution made him an enlightening source of many lives, one of which is Bohra Developers. He was the one who introduced us to many renowned names which became the igniting source of our success.

Shaikh Zoeb Haidry

Our mentor, Shaikh Zoeb Haidry, The Associate Founder of Buildplan Management Services and the Principal in Charge of NiMble Business Solutions, has always been a source of great inspiration for everyone he associates himself with. Bohra Developers has the prestige of learning from his wisdom, which shaped us into who we are today.

He is the brain behind Bohra Developers, the man who guided us since the beginning, established the social media and SEO departments at Bohra Developers, and helped us to start from scratch. He not only taught us the business tactics to establish international networks but also took Bohra Developers to the Middle East and African zones. Our quarterly performance and ROIs are monitored by him and with his guidance we set our plans and goals for the forthcoming time.

Dr. Muhammad Jawad

The Founder and Lead Surgeon at R5 Aesthetics Clinic, Dr. Muhammad Jawad, holds prestigious positions in different domains of surgery, such as plastic, cosmetic, burns, and reconstructive surgeries. He introduced us to the diversified fields of cosmetics and lipo surgery, but this was only the start of our journey.

Dr. Muhammad Jawad found us through major search engines like Google 14 years back and that was the beginning of a lasting relationship– the partnership of Bohra Developers with Dr. Muhammad Jawad. We were provided with the challenge of providing SEO and Social Media Marketing services in the domain of burns and cosmetic surgeries. Later, Dr. Muhammad Jawad founded R5 Aesthetics and again we were honored to work with him by serving every aspect of his clinic from website development to marketing, SEO, and creative writing.

As our mentor, he has contributed significantly to shaping us into what we are today. I am a successful entrepreneur and the lead of a digital marketing and e-commerce company Bohra Developers that I established back in 2000. The company has been running under my vigilance for over two decades and I have had the honor of serving the digital industry with my expertise.

Going back in time, I had completed my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from NED University, then got the opportunity to further explore the business strategies and tactics at IBA. I began my professional career as a Cyber Editor at Dawn.com, a well-known name that needs no further introduction.

In 2001, I was gifted the opportunity to take my first step toward e-commerce excellence by launching out-of-the-ordinary e-commerce solutions CyberNet and CitiBank. This was the milestone achieved and was the beginning of an unstoppable journey. The next milestone was taking on board and serving some renowned names in the industry; Cotton N Cotton, Jafferjees, GulAhmed, and many others.

Then I further fueled my passion for bringing a revolutionary transformation to the digital industry by starting my venture as the COO at Xoltan, a blockchain company registered in Texas as Xoltan Blockchain Inc.

Maria H. Dabbawala

In the beginning, I started working from home, but in 2013, decided to challenge myself further by stepping out and joining the office at Bohra Developers. The journey began with handling tasks like designing, polishing my skills in client communication, and drafting proposals.

Working at Bohra Developers introduced me to the enigmatic facet of technology which fascinated me, compelling me to dive deep into leveraging new tools and technologies to provide our clients with the most useful solutions for ensuring their unparalleled success.

Time elapsed and I took over the complete charge of major departments, managing projects from acquisition to delivery. This journey of mine along with the expertise and support of my exceptionally skilled team enabled me to not only explore the dynamism of the corporate world but also introduced me to my potential as a businesswoman.

Qasim Shabbir Hussain

Technical Consultant

I have been a part of this industry and the Bohra Developers team for 20 years with profound experience and competent skills in software architecture and design, system analysis, project management, training, consultation, and offshore resource management. I serve as the lead of software development and as the Technical Consultant.

Along with these, Blockchain development has been the biggest milestone in my career. My enthusiasm for the tech industry also compelled me to take one step ahead in my career, completely reshaping my expertise, and today I am also known as the founder of Q-Solutions.

I am an active participant in various industries– retail, e-commerce, Learning Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management, supply chain, sales, and startups. I look forward to the forthcoming time with the vision to further enhance my abilities and acquire unparalleled success where the sky is the only limit.

Moiz Shabbir

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

I have an exceptional 10 years of experience working with Bohra Developers as a software engineer. This experience has truly been life-transforming, as it allowed me to explore the world from a different perspective and enabled me to enhance my skills further. Working with the Bohra Developers team has always been a worthwhile experience, and the support I have received from them over the years has fuelled my passion.

I have 14 years of experience in different web languages and am currently the Chief Technical Officer at Bohra Developers. My expertise is dedicated do designing and implementing software that aligns seamlessly with the users’ needs. With my expertise in a diverse range of programming languages and the consistent effort to stay updated on the latest technological advancements, I look forward to delivering the best solutions to complex problems. The list of teams that I have mentored is increasing and I am happy to see them scale. We are today managing Software Development as a Service; AI implementations and even Blockchain introduction into business processes.

Ali Asghar Hakimuddin

The journey began in 2001 when I joined Bohra Developers as the finance manager with competent skills and expertise in the finance department. Time elapsed and by skillfully managing all the finances over the years, now I am working as the Head of the Finance and Tax department at Bohra Developers and managing an entire finance team under my leadership.

In the beginning, we used to deal with the finances manually but as technology took over, now we have cutting-edge software at Bohra Developers streamlining our finance management processes effortlessly. I plan to make the process automated so we can focus on better strategies for mutual growth.

Muhammad Dahodwala

Senior Accountant

I became a part of Bohra Developers in 2006, and this two-decade journey of mine began with the use of Excel, its basic commands, and applications. How time flies and changes and everything that now, after almost two decades, I am serving the company as their Accounts Department Head, managing all of their finances and accounts.

Working with Bohra Developers is always a complete experience as my growth didn’t cease at accounts only, but the team also encouraged me to attempt working on softwares, shaping my basic know-how into competent software skills. As I look forward, I aim to succeed along with my company. I plan to open my own enterprise to manage software cycles and make a team that can automate accounting processes for SMEs.

Zahabiya Q Abbasi

My journey with Bohra Developers began 13 years ago when I joined the team with a complete skill set in SEO and the urge to continuously explore what my knowledge could encompass. Eventually, this opened up a far greater spectrum, enabling me to offer digital marketing solutions tailored to a client's needs. I continued along while being given the opportunity to lead and mentor a very talented team of 12 people. My drive has always been, and will always be, to mentor my team and make every effort to grow them in their respective positions as much as possible so that we all share the same focus on providing quality results for our clients.

Moving on to 2025, I aim to take Bohra Developers to new international heights. I want to create a global presence and keep delivering 100% results to our clients through SEO, paid ads, growth, and revenue. This means driving innovation and excellence that will naturally translate into tangible success, where clients experience measurable growth through our efforts.

During this journey, I will focus on leadership and training that empower my team to continuously adapt to the dynamic digital environment, keeping us ahead in the industry. Now, I am also diving into Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO) to further enhance our capabilities, ensuring that our strategies remain cutting-edge and aligned with the future of digital search and AI-driven marketing.

That was the time when I was familiar with front-end development but knew nothing about backend development. Since I joined Bohra Developers, it's over a year now, I have become one zealous web developer targeting to develop dynamic, responsive, and user-centric websites. With my expertise in WordPress theme customization along with knowledge of eCommerce platforms and proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP, I will bring in a holistic approach regarding the development of front and back ends.

I had completed an internship before joining my present job where I was involved in several projects that not only helped me gain experience with principles and theories of web development but also their practical usage. This was a learning period for me; really, I learned how to hone my coding and debugging abilities to take care of the websites. It helped lay a firm foundation in the field.

I made a very crucial decision to go for my Master's in Data Science during that time. The academic journey opened many new avenues for me, especially for data analysis. I learned how to handle huge data sets and how to deploy statistical techniques and machine learning models for obtaining informative information from the data. In studying data science, I have also built better problem-solving skills and understood how data can make a tremendous difference in decision-making.

I would be excited to go into much more depth and detail about the backend technologies. For this, I am looking forward to working more in terms of server-side programming, database management, and API development to grow further with expertise in this special field.

When I joined a year ago with no prior background in UI/UX or graphic design, I was eager to dive into the field. Through continuous learning and practical experience, I’ve gained strong proficiency in creating intuitive user interfaces and visually engaging designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

Through my journey so far, I have designed for the most challenging customers and produced designs that have exceeded their expectations. Therefore, for the next coming year, building on user-centered design skills is my focus point, trying out new trends in design, and generally raising the bar as far as the user experience in the projects I engage with.
