1Criteria for Refund
Refund may be considered under the following circumstances:- The project has not been initiated after paying.
- A double payment error occurred.
- The scope of the project was not fulfilled due to issues on our side.
2Cases Where No Refund Will Be Given
No refund will be given if any of the following cases arise:- Project completion or partial completion
- Change of mind regarding the project once the project development has been initiated
- Lapses in communication and feedback from our customers' side
- Delivery of custom-built projects
3Milestone Payments
Once we initiate work on a milestone payment, no refund will be granted for milestone payments.4Refund Procedure
Refunds will be paid within 7 to 14 business days after receiving approval.
